Laudah is a collaborative and engagement platform that helps users to collaborate, communicate and engage in a seamless manner. Sharing with other users

If you access this Service using an email address with a domain that is owned by your organisation or employer, and such an organisation wishes to create an account, some information about you may become accessible to your organisation’s administrator and other users using the same domain. The information collected includes your name, contact details, profile picture, content, and actions performed.
As an administrator for a group of users of this Service, we may share your contact information with other users to facilitate requests related to the use of this Service.

Where you have a Laudah profile, we will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose we collected it for or for the duration of your use of Laudah or as required by law. In some cases, your organisation administrator can at any time, with or without notice, delete and remove your data from this Service.
Additionally, we may retain your data for an appropriate period, even after our relationship with you ends, to protect ourselves from legal claims, or for future reference purposes.
Your Legal Rights
You may have additional rights pursuant to your local law applicable to the processing of your personal information. For instance, if the processing of your personal information is subject to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and your personal information is processed, you have the legal right to object to the processing on grounds relating to your unique situation.

Children under 13 years of age
We do not intend to collect information from children under the age of 13 or knowingly allow those who are less than 13 years to create profiles on Laudah. If we learn we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 13, we will delete that information.
